EcoVolt is a commercial property management company that provides solar operations and asset management to owners of multi-tenant properties. We install solar on your roof, provide solar energy credits to tenants, lowering their energy costs, while converting idle roof-space into a revenue generating asset for landlords.

WHAT WE DO

Asset Management

EcoVolt will install panels on your property with no upfront charge. We then supply rooftop-generated electricity to tenants at a discount to local utility rates. You earn a percentage as "roof rent."

Program Operations

From tenant signup and billing to the operations and maintenance of the physical installation. We manage everything to provide landlords with turn-key operating income while lowering their tenant's utility bills.

Maximize Financial Value

If you want to own the solar system and the associated tax credit, we offer that option too. Your combined profit from tax incentives and roof rent will yield an IRR in the high teens.
